Published Standard

MRAA evaluates this certification using Verification (30 points), Achievement (25), Impact (20), Consistency (15), and Integrity (10). A score of at least 80/100 plus all mandatory requirements is required unless an authorized MRAA override is documented. Recognizes documented employment creation, workforce training, career development or workforce investment.

Provide employment/training data, program documentation, investment records and measurable workforce outcomes.

Mandatory Requirements

• Submitted claims are independently verifiable.
• Evidence satisfies the published certification-specific requirements.
• Applicant acknowledgments and representations are complete and accurate.

Decision Standard

Default passing threshold: 80/100 plus all mandatory certification-specific requirements.
